Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 July 2026
By using Jeedle you agree to these terms.
The service
Jeedle is a work cockpit for your Jira work: private notes and configuration, a local Code view (browser File System Access — code never leaves your device), optional GitHub context, changes in Jira when you ask, and an AI Companion.
Jeedle is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Atlassian. “Jira” is a trademark of Atlassian. GitHub is a trademark of GitHub, Inc.
Changes in Jira & the AI Companion
- Jeedle writes to Jira only when you ask, and only the actions listed in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for those changes, just as if you made them in Jira.
- The Companion is an assistant, not a system of record. It can be wrong — review answers, especially standup or timesheet drafts, before you rely on them. To answer, it may share relevant work data with a third-party AI provider (see the Privacy Policy).
Your account & responsibilities
- You must have valid authorization for the Jira (and optional GitHub) data you connect.
- You are responsible for content you create in Jeedle and for keeping your access secure.
- Don't use Jeedle to break the law, infringe others' rights, or abuse the service or its providers.
Your content
You own the notes, configuration, and files you create in Jeedle. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store and show that content back to you as part of the service.
Availability
The product is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change or discontinue features.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jeedle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Termination
You may stop using Jeedle and disconnect Jira at any time. Disconnect revokes our Jira access; full account deletion is described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
